Information pursuant to Section 5 DDG

Commercial register

The company is in formation. It is currently not entered in the commercial register. Registration with the Amtsgericht Charlottenburg (Charlottenburg Local Court) has been applied for.

VAT identification number

A VAT identification number pursuant to Section 27a of the German VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz) has been applied for but has not yet been issued.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law in accordance with Section 7 (1) DDG. Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on our systems, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of any such infringement, we will remove the content concerned without delay.

The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
